How long will my delivery take?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched – this usually happens between 1-5 working days.
All UK packages are sent out by Royal Mail second class delivery. The expected delivery time is 2-4 days.
Orders dispatched to Europe are expected within 5-7 working days.
Orders dispatched to the Rest of the World are expected within 7-14 working days.

 

How much does shipping cost?

UK – £3.20 (FREE on orders £30 and over) 
Europe – £6.20 (FREE on orders £50 and over)
USA – £6.20 (FREE on orders £50 and over)
Rest of World – £8.20 (FREE on orders £50 and over)

 

What if I haven’t received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time (listed above) please get in touch through the website contact page, or via orders@fandl.co
Please make sure you include your order number and full address in the description. We will then launch an investigation with the courier.


I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If you have entered the incorrect shipping details please contact us within two hours of confirming your order and we will do our best to cancel it.  If the order has already been dispatched we will be unable to make any amendments and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item is damaged upon return unless talked about prior you will not be eligible for any refund/ exchange and the item will be returned back to you. Also please note that our garments are to be washed in a 30 degree wash any higher can cause shrinkage and will not be eligible for a refund if this occurs. This is the best wash for any t-shirt and is shown in our labels also.

How to Return your item:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund even if you were eligable for 'Free Shipping'.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received the returned item we will email you with notification.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@fandl.co

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are perfectly aware that sometimes it's hard to guess your size over the internet. This is not a problem. We're happy to accept exchanges on all garments. Just email us at orders@fandl.co and state reason for return etc. You will also be required to pay an additional postage fee:
– UK (£3.00)
– International (£10.00)

These fee's are not exempt in our 'Free Shipping' Deal. If you were eligible for Free Shipping on the initial order this doesn't make you exempt for exchange charges. All Exchange charges should be sent via PayPal to hello@fandl.co

Non collected items

If an item isn't collected from the post office upon dispatch it's returned to us after 2 weeks. Once the item is back with us we will let you know that it wasn't picked up and returned to us, with this you will need to pay postage again for the item if you wish us to send it out or, you can get a refund minus postage cost. If you get 'free shipping' with your order, this doesn't protect you from the charges.
